A poem dedicated to the glory that is cheese.

I am Steph, also known as KC Cheeses. I am all about cheese, so I constantly get asked “what restaurants have the best cheese boards in Kansas City?”

I have been to Louie's many times, mainly their Overland Park and Waldo locations, and I can't seem to stay away from the Create Your Own Cheese + Charcuterie menu.

Southwest Boulevard is rich with history, art, culture and marvelous Latin American food. KC Cheese’s Steph Rupp has done her research and eaten her way through the Boulevard. Here, she shares a few of her favorite queso hotspots. Enjoy!

The Boulevard Beer Hall is a newer establishment, having opened in 2016, but Boulevard Brewing Co has been a Kansas City favorite since it was founded in 1989.
