I had the pleasure of attending a new dinner menu tasting with Q39’s new Chef, Philip Thompson.

The Buttermilk Foie Pancake with malt crunch and maple syrup was one of the most unique things I’ve ever tried - it was deeply salty and savory with hints of sweetness in the super fluffy and wonderful pancake.

All types of slices, tiny peps, fresh mozz, specialty cocktails, desserts, beer and extremely welcoming humans is so much more than I could ever ask for in visiting Providence by the Slice in Westport for the first time.

We played some games and won some prizes (love my new stuffed Curdis), met a cow named Target, learned some facts about Wisconsin and voted on what local charity #culvers was going to donate proceeds to!
