🤠 Oh? And that thick thick burrito? That’s their Monday feature - the Cowboy Junkie! Featured on Diners, Drive-ins & Dives! Mesquite Pork + Chorizo rolled in a large flour tortilla deep fried. Served over a bed of rice, topped w/ our Queso, spicy bacon pinto beans + pico.

🧀 The Queso Blanco. Enough said. Kinda filled up on this before my food even came. 😂
🥩 Birria Tacos - 3 juicyyyyyyy, cheesy Angus brisket birria tacos with in-house consume. Topped with fresh onions and cilantro.
🥕 Bahn Mi Tacos - THE MEAT ON THESE IS SO INSANELY GOOD - Traditional Bahn Mi pork over limon-cabbage, pickled carrot, daikon. Topped with hoisin, jalapeno, mild sriracha aioli, served in flour tortillas.
🍍 Charred Pineapple-Rita - Freshly charred pineapple infused tequila, charred pineapple puree, fresh citrus blend, salt rim.
🍉 Watermelon-Rita - SO FRESH SO JUICY - Blanco tequila, agave, lime, fresh watermelon juice, splash soda, black lava salt rim (Or make it a Don Q Rum daiquiri).
