Website Design for Kansas City Wedding and Event Venue

Upgraded Elegance

BUILT IN 1909, the Simpson House is a three-story mansion located in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri at 4509 Walnut, one block east of 45th and Main.

Perfect for weddings, celebrations of life, birthday parties, and other gatherings and rites of passage, its stately and elegant turn-of-the-century style offers the ambiance of an era gone by.

Though the house is older and has a lot of history, that doesn’t stop them from constantly working to improve their guests’ experience by updating rooms and features where they can. I had the pleasure of shooting the Simpson House’s newly renovated suites as well as the gorgeous Foyer, Great Room, Solarium and the home’s exterior. It’s always a pleasure to add photos I have taken to a client’s new site.

My favorite thing about the new website is the color palette. While we started with just black and white, the palette evolved to a beige and brown throughout the process and ended with those soft, elegant colors being highlighted by deep, jewel-toned red, purple and green.

On the site you can take a virtual tour, scour through galleries of images, read reviews and decide if Simpson House is the right place for your next big or small event!
