“I have been laying low for a while because I had something in the works for quite some time and it was time for me to push it out. I'm happy to say my website: www.visionsofgraceivy.com is finally done! This has been in the works since January. After having a few bad experiences with previois web designers, I felt defeated. After I got over the hump, I found Steph Rupp (thank god 🙏).
From my initial contact with her she made me feel at ease. She demonstrated the uttermost professionalism. She was so easy to talk to. When she asked what I wanted, I had no clue. I had nothing to give her. All I said was I wanted a Miami retro vibe. When she sent me the design/layout, I was floored. I didn’t know what to expect, but I certainly wasn’t expecting such a detailed, bright, beautiful site. At times, I would ask her opinion on things and I appreciated her honesty. She stirred me in right direction a few times. I was thankful for it.
Her communication skills were exceptional! She kept me in the loop at all times and was extremely patient working with me. She never made me feel rushed to complete my blog which spoke volumes. I had questions galore in which she answered with a fine tooth comb. I appreciated how she was made sure I understood every step of the process and sent me “how to’s”. She added so much pizzazz I wasn’t expecting but I am glad she did.
If you are in need of a web designer, you HAVE to seek her out. She is more interested in creating your craft and ensuring you are happy.
